Executive Assisant Position

For those looking for a job, we have learned of another job opportunity available right here on campus.  It will be a part-time position, and you will be working directly with Micky Smith, the Vice President for Student Programming (who also happens to be an IPFW Hospitality Management student).

Now holding interviews for an executive assistant for Vice President of Student Programming. Job functions include but are not limited to: answer and return phone calls, work with talent agencies, posting flyers, assist with event scheduling and coordinating, create and restocking supplies for events. Nights, early mornings, and weekends will be required from time to time. Position is part-time 15- 20 hrs and is year-to-year, upon review.
